Privacy Policy — Nagorik Sangram Media Automation

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nagorik Sangram (https://nagoriksangram.com/) handles information in connection with its website and its internal social-media publishing integration used to publish news photo cards to authorized pages.

Information processed

The integration may process information provided by an authorized page administrator, such as page identifiers, page names, access credentials or tokens, publishing settings, and post status or error logs. These are used only to connect an authorized page, publish content requested by the site administrator, troubleshoot failures, and maintain security. We do not intend to collect personal information from ordinary website visitors through this publishing integration.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate and secure the publishing workflow. Publishing requests are sent to the relevant Meta platform using permissions granted by an authorized administrator. Data may be processed by WordPress hosting and Meta services according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Access credentials and logs are retained only as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of information associated with this integration, email monzurulinfotech@gmail.com with the subject “Nagorik Sangram Data Deletion Request”. Explain what information or connection should be deleted. We will verify the request and delete applicable data unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may also revoke the app’s access from your Meta account settings.

Children and policy changes

This integration is intended for use by authorized page administrators, not children. We may update this policy and publish the revised version on this page.
